4. Customer Responsibilities

- Removing all valuable items from their vehicle prior to service. Aquavale Auto Spa is not responsible for any lost or damaged items left in vehicles.
- Informing our staff of any pre-existing damage, unique vehicle conditions, or specific requirements before the service begins.
- Ensuring their vehicle is in a safe and operable condition for the services requested.
5. Damage and Liability
Aquavale Auto Spa takes utmost care while servicing your vehicle. However, some risks are inherent to the washing and detailing process.
- We are not liable for pre-existing damage, including but not limited to, scratches, dents, rust, unoriginal paintwork, loose parts, or aftermarket accessories that detach or are damaged during the wash process.
- Customers waive any claims against Aquavale Auto Spa for damage to their vehicle unless it is directly caused by our proven negligence.
- Any claims for damage must be reported to a staff member before leaving the premises. Claims made after the vehicle has left our facility will not be considered.
6. Right to Refuse Service
Aquavale Auto Spa reserves the right to refuse service to any vehicle or customer for any reason, including but not limited to: vehicles deemed unsafe to service, excessively soiled vehicles requiring specialized treatment beyond our scope, or disruptive customer behavior.
